SOMERS POINT – For the last seven years, Donnah Marvel has maintained a roadside memorial to her son Nickolas “Nikk” Marvel, who was a victim of a deadly hit-and-run accident on November 16, 2004. For Marvel, the shrine on Route 9 is more than just a tribute; it’s a campaign to raise awareness of the dangers of drinking and driving.
