		<description><![CDATA[The 1619 House in Williamstown is a venue for music, community, and DIY culture.]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Alan Dodd uses his own house in Williamstown, N.J. as a venue for local bands. Kids in south Jersey refer to it as the &#8220;1619 House&#8221; and say it is a place for fun and community.  “I would like for it not to be pivotal, I would like for it not to be important,” Dodd said. “I would like for it to be a house for people to come see shows at the same time, I would like for it to become the norm.”</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Lisa Kotzker&#8217;s farm in Tabernacle, N.J. is home to 100 alpacas and six horses.  Just venturing into her backyard is an escape, where she is surrounded by friendly alpacas. &#8220;You can take a book, and some will come around you and sit down,&#8221;  Kotzker said.</p>
